Discounts are all fine and good, but what can we do for you being out of state you ask? The answer is EVERYTHING. Just because we may be hundreds are even thousands of miles away doesn’t mean we cannot offer BETTER service than your local dealer. We stock the largest Infiniti Parts Inventory in the Nation. Our Nissan parts are supplied by one of the largest Nissan inventories in the Country. When you become a member in the IOS National Wholesale Program you will be given a unique log on and password to use in either our Nissan or Infiniti websites. Through the website you will have the ability to look up your own parts with MSRP pricing along with your cost. This will enable you to give accurate desktop quotes without having to wait.

What about shipping…

Because of the deep discounts we offer on factory parts, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility. Fortunately, because of our volume internet business, we have obtained a very generous discount through most major carriers. For small mechanical items such as starters, brake pads and fuel pumps, Fed Ex small package delivery will be the best option. For all collision related items such as hoods, bumpers and deck lids, Fed Ex Freight is most capable and timely in regards of delivery. Over the next two pages you will find shipping rates for both small package and large freight. We have designed the freight terms in a global fashion thus making your ability to calculate cost easy and painless.  

Fed Ex Small Package Shipments:

Next Day Service (per order):

            -$45.00 flat rate (plus $4.95 handling)

Two Day Service (per order):

            -$25.00 flat rate (plus $3.95 handling)

Ground shipping (per order):

-$12.50 flat rate (plus $2.95 handling)

Fed Ex Large Package Shipments:

-These are for orders which contain large items such as hoods, bumper covers and deck lids. All posted     shipping costs are FLAT RATE. All prices are PER ORDER.

Payment…

Because this is a National program payment is required at the time the order is placed. The only “real” way to accomplish this is payment through a credit card. We accept all major credit cards and can process these transactions while you wait. The only thing we ask of you is that you give us your credit card information at the time you apply. This will help us make sure that all the proper verification is done BEFORE you place your order with us and make sure that there are no hang ups with getting your parts as fast as possible. When filling out the application step entitled credit card information please make sure that the BILLING ADDRESS is current and correct.

What to expect…

After you complete the accompanying application you will then be contact by phone or email within 3-5 business days. One of our Representatives will then let you know if you have been accepted and give you your website log on and password. They will also walk you through the website to help with future online ordering. The most important aspect to the program is making sure that it is in the best interest of you and us.
