Terms and conditions are as follows:

-All orders will be billed at the time they are received online. If there is a backorder or special order situation we must bill your credit card at the time of purchase in order to assure your placement in the ordering process.

- In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours.

-All Ground orders do not have a guaranteed transit time (3-7 business days is common)

-Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try toaccommodate them.

 -EverythingNissan.com and InfinitiPartsUSA.com cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock at any given moment, nor can we guarantee that Nissan North America and other suppliers will maintain availability of every part listed in our catalog.

-All continental U.S. orders are shipped via Fed Ex delivery service. All International orders (includes APO’s, HI, AK, & PR) will be shipped via US Postal Service.

-NO RETURNS ON SAFETY ITEMS. Due the nature of saftey items, parts such as seat belts and air bags.cannot be returned. Please provide your VIN when ordering to insure the correct application.

-We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, & PayPal

-All Nissan/Infiniti parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.  Unless specified, pictures associated with accessories may not be the exact part you are getting.  Some items may be represented by a "generic" image that is used  for all similar OEM accessories.  However, the OEM accessory you receive will be the correct, factory original, kit for that specific model & year.

-Any & all items that ARE NOT produced by Nissan North America are subject to their corresponding manufacturers' warranties. Upon necessity of making a warranty claim for an item NOT produced by Nissan North America, you must contact the manufacturer direct, which includes but is not limited to the following manufacturers:

-Return Policy
We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be resalable and in their original packaging. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Call us at 1-866-464-5727 to arrange for any returns and obtain an RMA number. Returned parts cannot be sent back "as is", please package the items in a seperate box in order to maintain the integrity of the factory packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. There is a 20% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts and orders canceled prior to shipment. No returns on electrical items.

-Accuracy of parts are not guaranteed unless we are provided with a VIN

-PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect all collision related items (hoods, fenders, bumpers) being delivered via truck shipment before siging for delivery.
