Our Phoenix Arizona-based call center is available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AZ time) Monday thru Friday.

Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?

This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away.
