How do I return an item?
Infiniti Parts USA will take back almost anything that we sell, we just
ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back electrical, used,
installed or tried parts. Parts must be resalable and in their original packaging with all original labeling on the part(s). Only core returns for credit would be accepted in non-resalable, installed and used condition without penalty. The original packaging still needs to be returned with the cores.

After completing this form our returns department will be notified of your request and process your information accordingly.
Returned parts cannot be sent back "as is", please package the items
in a separate box in order to maintain the integrity of the factory
packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do
reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have
been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts and
orders canceled prior to shipment. All RMA requests must be initiated
within 30 days of the original purchase. And all returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RMA number.
