• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be returned in re-saleable condition and include the undamaged original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.

Core Returns

• When you're ready to return your core, email, call or chat with us to obtain a Core Return Authorization.
• A return form will be emailed to you that you can include in the return package.
• Be sure to keep the packaging that it was sent in and return the core with that original packaging.
• Return shipping of the core is at your own expense and not refundable.  You can use whatever method is best for you, ie: FedEx, UPS, Postal, etc...
• Once the core is returned to us, a refund will be issued to whichever payment method you originally used.

Regarding Catalytic Converter core returns...  

If you bought a catalytic converter, your original converter MUST have the inner honeycomb material intact for you to received the core refund.   If that material is missing from your returned core, no credit will be issued.  A sample pic of that material is below.
